Refund Policy
At Helena & June New York, clear expectations matter. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns are handled, under which conditions they are accepted, and what responsibilities apply to the customer. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms agreement with the policy below.
1. When a Return Is Possible
A return request may only be submitted after the order has been delivered.
To qualify for a return:

The request must be submitted within 15 days after delivery

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within an additional 15 days

Returns are sent to an international supplier location in China
All shipping-related expenses, including international shipping, customs duties, and import taxes, are entirely the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
2. Condition Requirements
Returned items must meet all of the following criteria:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In original condition and packaging

Original labels and tags must still be attached

Items may only be tried on briefly for size or fit
Purchases made with the intention of ordering multiple sizes and returning part of the order are not permitted.
By placing an order, the customer explicitly accepts that all approved returns are shipped internationally to China and that all related costs are borne by the customer.
3. Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during Final Sale promotions, defined as discounts of 40% or more, are strictly excluded from:

Returns

Refunds

Exchanges
-
Disputes
Final Sale status is clearly communicated before checkout and is binding.
4. Restocking Fee
Each approved return is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
This fee covers:

Inspection

Processing
-
Administrative handling
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this deduction for all eligible returns.
5. Return Coverage for Eligible Items
Unused items that fully comply with all conditions in this policy are eligible for a return under the terms described herein.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
All costs associated with returning a product are the customer’s responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to:

Customs charges

Import duties

Taxes
Helena & June New York does not reimburse any of these expenses.
7. Return Timeframe Overview

15 days from delivery to request a return

15 additional days to ship the item after approval
This results in a maximum return window of 30 days from the date of receipt.
Requests submitted or shipments sent after this timeframe will not be accepted and are not eligible for refunds or disputes.
8. Defective Item Policy
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Helena & June New York offers a full guarantee.
In such cases, the customer may choose between:

A replacement item, or

A full refund
Verification may be required before approval.
9. How to Start a Return
To request a return:

Wait for written approval and return instructions

Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Cover all shipping and customs-related costs
Returns sent without valid tracking proof showing delivery to the designated location cannot be processed.
10. Refund Handling
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued within 15 days

Refunds are processed via the original payment method

Applicable deductions (including the restocking fee) are applied before payment
11. Responsibility & Liability
Helena & June New York is not liable for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or misdirected.
Customers are responsible for:

Reporting address errors within 24 hours of placing the order
